You need to post up pictures and how much shipping would cost around.

Cost to powdercoat

I paid $40.00 per wheel to paint, plus additional $20.00 per wheel to have them chemically stripped prior to paint. Arizona Powdercating in Phx, AZ

I only have a few minor chip along the outer lip from offroading. But what I like about it is I can take the spraycan and touch it up if need be. They look legit. Just take your time, wetsand, primer, and paint.

Yea. I took the wheels off. Do 2 at a time. The fronts first, then the back. You dont have to take the tire off. Just clean them a little. Most of it will be clean when you wet sand. Then you get 600 grit sandpaper and wet sand. I left the water running on it the whole time. Then let it dry. Get a tack cloth (1.99 from autozone) and wipe it down. Then do three coats of primer and 3 coats of black. I used rustoleum black wheel paint and rustoleum primer sealer. I used one can of primer and one can of black for 2 wheels. If its a hot day the coats dry fast. Just take your time. There is something about doing it yourself that makes it so great. Then you get to brag. You can look at my pics in my gallery to check mine out if you want. Oh and just wipe the tire down so duct tape will stick, and mask the tire off a bit. It dont have to be perfect. it waill wipe off when your done.
