2008 Tacoma SR5 Seat Covers

will these fit an 09 DC SR5 (non TRD)?

 

I think that there is something about the headrest changed in '09 to a slightly different size. Also I beleive the '09 have side airbags standard where it was an option on the '08s. Since you probably have side airbags these will not work unless they are made for the airbags as well.

 

You are correct. I don't think they will fit 2009.
I only have airbags in the dash in my 2008 taco. No side air bags.

 

so they would fit the seats, but interfere with air bag deployment? Do they replace or go over the factory seat covers?

 

They would just go over the top of the existing seat.

They just slide over the existing seats. The passenger side is held in place with a velcro strip behind the seat. The head rest covers are held with velcro strips as well. Very easy install. about thirty minutes.
