is $600 for sport rims and tires really a good deal? the offroad rims go for 300 if your lucky...

I keep seeing TRD wheels and tires with Bridgestone tires on them. My truck is equipped with Dunlop tires. Does it just depend on when/where the truck was built as to what brand of tire comes on it?
