i dont know the circumstances behind this (if you were in an accident or have a base model and your trying to color match) but FWIW i have a black front bumper for sale. buying mine and having it painted would still be cheaper than the dealer

I got a base model but im not sure if i want the white bumper, im getting black rims so do you think it would look better with the bumper black or white?
