Thanks. The reason I'm offering these as weld on, but am also showing a picture of bolt on, is because until I get a local 05+ to make a bolt on set for, I'm playing it safe since I need to do more R&D regarding bolt on's. On some model trucks there is very little room between the cab & frame so I won't ship something until I know all fitment issues are worked out. The bolt on pair pictured went on a truck with a body lift, I had a mile of room. I install sliders with 1" between them & rocker to play it safe, any closer is too close.

I'm calling the local Line-X sprayer to see how much it would be to get a set of these sprayed. If you sell these it sounds like you can easily make another with a bolt on option, I would be rather have a bolt on version.

Use Rustoleum hammered spray paint. It works very well. Especially if you use the sliders as intended. When mine get scuffed, I just use a piece of cardboard between the body of the truck and do a little touch up. It may not sound that great, but it works far better than one might imagine. And they look great!

I can make these in any length for any model Taco. I'm a huge fan of bolt on parts that work as claimed, and it seems bolt on's are what most people are looking for. The main thing with those if I offer them all welded and ready to bolt on is for the angle and the clearance between the rocker to be correct. This is why I need to make a set from a truck, and then make a jig. Seems most companies are selling the bolt on brackets and legs separately and you still have to have them fabbed on by someone...upping the cost even more. I will answer my PM later this evening, it's my anniversary and my wife's calling. Thanks for the good words guys, I appreciate it.

Awesome, I'll pm you. I'm in SD and can bring up my 09 Access Cab to get some measurements for your jig.

I will watch too.
Looking for bolt on 09 dc lb wheel to wheel (and flat for step up).
An odd product I expect.

Good luck with your venture!
