    i would say the thule set is about 15 pouns and the yakima one is closer to 20 with the accessories

    these racks can go on any vehicle... you just need to buy the correct fit kit (different shapped moldings that fit on the end of the towers)

    you also want to check how wide your car is and see if 50" bars would be appropriate.

    the racks will fit any vehicle as long as you get the fit kit for your vehicle... its just the clamp part that is contoured to your specific vehicle

    get it? i don't think i am explaining it very well

    yes, but will the fitting you have now fit a dub cab taco 2nd gen? I'll have to take that in to account seeing as how it'll cost me another $70 or so if I have to get the correct fitting for my truck.

    the fit kit that is on now is for a mazda 3

    i'll send that too and you could throw it up on CL to help with the cost of the fit kit you will have to buy
