I have a couple of the d-Rings for sale. But D-Rings only, no bolts.

Search for 'd-rings' here on TW. You'll see that you're not alone in your search for them and a bunch of people are using the surplus D-rings without issue...but whatever man... go pay 10x that for 2 from Toyota...
