whats the difference between J59 8 leaf and the J66 10 leaf? wheelers has them brand new for $599

actually i just checked 1st gen vs 2nd gen

    j66 10 leaf = 2nd gen
    j59 8 leaf = 1st gen, and its still $599 brand new

They are absolutely brand new, bushings have never been installed. They were a little dusty when I took the pics, and there are a few places that were wrapped with clear packing tape that has dried out and started to flake off. I don't know why you think I would try and pass off used springs as new? It would be obvious to anyone who came to buy them that they were used. Thanks for your opinion though.

I only say that because they look pretty discolored, and in the 2nd pic it looks like the guides are dinged up & rusting a little.. I'm just saying, for another $40 you can get these same springs - brand new for sure from wheelers offroad.

$40 more is not going to get you these same springs. You still have to pay tax and get them delivered. Again thanks for your 2 cents, I didn't know the leaf spring monitor position had been filled . Why are you spending time worrying about parts that wouldn't fit your truck anyway?

I'm not in here trying to start shit. in my opinion you need to think harder about your asking price. Sorry to derail your sale thread, good luck.

No offense taken. My price isn't set in stone, just a starting point. That's what negotiating is about. However, $400 isn't gonna do it. Good loookin out for the members.
