horns
hey there, your grille looks great... except for those horns!
maybe try relocating then like I did... you'll move them almost straight down and use the bolt for the trans cooler. both horn brackets will slide onto this one bolt, and then the bolt will go right back into place holding up the trans cooler. this way the horns are still up front so everyone can hear them - but they are hidden by the large bumper cover area. Truck looks good man - keep me posted in pricing for those Black Magic's?? thanks, Bob |

I didn't have to cut/splice any wires - but I did have to relocate one plastic clip thingie.
If I remember correctly, there is this small black plactic thing that is mounted to the vertical support in front of the radiator. Pop that out and simply wedge it between the drivers side of the trans cooler and the support that the trans cooler is mounted to. The trans cooler will be loose because the bolt was taken out to slide the two horn brackets in. I did have to loosen and realign the horn brackets on the horns themselves. It was a slight adjustment so both horns so they will sit flat and all mount up with one bolt...this was easy though - loosen the screw a bit, rotate one horn a few degrees and your good to go. Hope this makes sense. |

just so you know the black magics use h2 bulbs which are hard to find. i have yet to see a hid kit for a h2 bulb and theres not much out there for brighter silverstar style lights. just something to keep in mind i didn't know this till after i got mine and now i want to switch to hids so i'm going to try and use an h3 kit with a spacer in the back to see if i can make it work.

I really like the black Magics, they would be perfect for behind a Satoshi. *put on my future mod list*
