Toytec 2" add a leaf

SOLD Toytec add a leaf for sale. Give 2" of lift in the rear. Had it on my truck for about two months and then I got my hands on a deaver. So now these leafs need to go. $40 local pick up (Murrieta, CA) otherwise i'll need a little something for shipping. Thanks

i believe the TSB AAL is 1.5"

Nope... It's a TOYTEC 2" add a leaf. Different from the TSB by toyota. I'll take some pics when I get home but they're practically new with no damage.

Sorry for my lift ignorance but what is the difference between lifting with a kit and lifting with the leafs?

Lifting with blocks retains the factory feel and its cheap. Quite literally you insert a spacer between the axle and leaf sprins. It's also rinky dink and throws away some of the integrity of the susension. An add a leaf keeps the rear solid and is great for trucks that constantly hall heavy loads and need more support. The downfall is your rear suspension will be stiffer and the ride will suffer.

I am looking for an inexpensive way to lift me 08 tacoma about 2 inches, just so I can put a larger tire on. I know good things are seldom cheap and cheap things are seldom good but there has to be a way to do it. I plan on keeping my truck for several years and off roading will be rare.
