FS-2009 OEM HU/single-CD/MP3&WMA/AuxIn

    Replaced the Stereo in my 2009 regular cab 4x2 Tacoma. The OEM Radio comes with a black dash-faceplate, single-CD player & is MP3/WMA capable. It has an aux-input connector in back, to retro-fit it to any 2005 thru 2008 Tacoma you would have to buy 3 extra harness wires from Toyota (82998-12750) & splice those to a 3.5mm aux-input jack, say in your dash or glove-box. You'll also have to reuse your old hazard switch/clock/LED unit, otherwise it's a plug & play swap. HU has been sold, Thanx all!!! ;)

    so here is the question...sound quality between this HU and a pioneer single din...using an mtx amp and polk db components in the fronts....?

    I agree, I think the only advantage my HU has is with someone who has a 2005-08 OEM HU & wants to swap that for a 2009 OEM HU which adds MP3 & aux input capabilities on the cheap. IMO playing CDs loaded with MP3s is the best feature, also I think the black front panel looks cooler than the silver/gray! :D
