great truck and looks like a steal of a deal but im not a fan of the front bumper..but for that price you cant really go wrong

 

had i the money.........i'd be all over that. and the mileage aint that bad either. damn good looking truck.

Nice... but in no way $18K nice no matter what his "Professional appraised" value is. His mods are pretty run of the mill. nothing terribly special and the miles are high.

KBB value at $10.7K at excellent private party. Another maybe $2K dealer price. That's the thing about mods, they don't count for hardly anything being resold or traded in. He'd be lucky to get $14K for that at most.

Some people dont get this. Mods or not... its worth blue book. UNless its something really unique. If it were a SAS or something.. then i could see it being worth more.

 

Exactly but he can get away with the $14K price private party that is if he can find someone who wants his mods. People only want to pay blue book. Trade ins get wholesale. I'm sure he'd get about $7-8.5K if traded in.

I would never buy a hooked up ride... that represents lazyness. I'd rather buy a beat up 1st gen 4x4 with 100k miles for $8k, then fix it up my own way... my own style...
