All of the tuning solutions offered by URD are END USER TUNABLE. You, the end user, has full access to make whatever tuning changes you wish. All units ship with the tuning software. You can do your own tuning, or take it to any dyno shop and have them do it for you.

The unichip is locked down. You cannot do any tuning. You may be able to load some cookie cutter programs, but you can not tune it. If you want a custom tune you will have to take it to a unichip tuner and there are not that many out there these days.

The unichip is a nice unit and will work very well if you have it tuned on your vehicle with your mods installed.
