Trade land for truck!

I have a 0.46 acre corner wooded lot located near Ocala FLorida. Will trade for 98 or up tacoma 4x4 ext. cab 6cyl 5 speed. I dont want a ragged out truck! Must be in good shape.

Seriously??? How cheap is land in florida that you could not sell it buy a truck and have money left over. I suspose it is ocean front too

 

It was worth 31k about 5 years ago lol, but with the market not doing so well the tax value last year was 10k. Hard to say what it will be worth when the market settles? id guess 15 or more..
I do have it listed for sale, and if it does sell i will defiantly use the money for a truck! Just thought id give this a shot. Its in Ocala Fl about 1 hour from the beach east or west. I will have pics next week.

 

Dam half an acre in my area is over a mil and its not even a nice area.
