    Includes cans and all hardware still wrapped in original plastic packaging.

    dont know what speed stops are, but bump stops essentially slow down the upward motion of the axle (rear) or lower arms (front) during articulation...

    it keeps the compression nice and soft and prevents any damage you could incur when wheeling hard...

    it pretty much helps prevent bottom out...

    if you can get bypasses for the rear, i would get bypasses...

    either way, you will likely want some bumps to go with those f55s as they are a way cush ride...
