Hey guys. Well i got this bike in a trade. But it is my first bike, and i really dont want to kill myself. So i either want to sell it, or trade for a quad or smaller street bike.

The bike runs, but need alot of work. I cant get the throttle to work, it just wants to cut out when i give it throttle. Im putting new carburetor gaskets on on tuesday. It doesnt look the prettiest. The speedo was not working. (maybe just wiring). But the engine is good, and it shifted well.

Like i said just want something smaller, a quad or cash. Make me an offer please. It also has a clear title.

Not that it'll change your mind- but you aren't going to kill yourself with a 1980s 600cc bike. My first bike was a 500CC from 1996 and I went almost immediately to a brand new 600CC Honda.

Good luck with the sale tho!!

    Pretty much stock
you dont want anything smaller or slower than this, it only makes like 75 horsepower at the flywheel...keep in mind the age, this isn't like a current day 600's that make 110-120 hp.

that is the perfect first bike!! mine was a 1984 honda 500 interceptor. it is (and so is your's) gutless by today's standards. i vote you ride it and learn. you drop that ninja, and you are giggling like a schoolgirl. you drop a new bike, and it is cry city.
