whats the best way to black out your badges? what are the steps and things u will need?

Search the forums, there are numerous good write ups on this. Most of your labor is getting the emblems off. I don't recommend painting them on the truck. You need to be able to sand/prime every area of the emblems to prevent future peeling. You may change your mind after you debadge your truck about putting emblems back on..

I did mine right on the truck, using a 5" wide house paint brush, and then just sanded off the extra with coarse sandpaper and a metal file....gives it a real "he man" look with all the gouges and what-not.
