I have 2 sets of mudflaps off of my first truck an 05 trd or access cab and now another coming off my trd sport double. I do have the plastic clips for both sets but none of the 10mm bolts. The one set came off my truck as i bought it new with around 10k miles. The second set is off my new to me sport with 77k miles both are in great condition with no curb rash. $80 shipped to the lower 48. I prefer a verified paypal as is my account.
