Overhead temp console

My friend is selling his overhead temp console with the temp sensor for the 2005-2011 second gen tacos for $350 shipped. Gray color. in the pic, between the map lights, it looks like theres a scratch, but there isnt. i promise.

 

it'll either be for the 05-08's or 09-11's. you need to find out what year his truck is.

 

It's from an 09. How come there's a change?

 

different temp sensor wiring, just one of the 09 model year changes. It will physically fit, it just won't work with a 08 and earlier.

 

ic ic ic, couldnt you just get the different sensor?

Well IIRC its a different harness also, if it was that simple im sure it would have been done already because the 05-08 consoles come along 3x more often then the 09+

 

what is he replacing it with?
