HELP! need a part!

Hello! i've been searching up and down the internet and cant seem to find a part i lost while upgrading my tacoma's speakers.

It's the plastic grille tweeter cover on the 06 crew cab trd sport tacoma non-jbl...

Ebay doesnt seem to have it, nor does carid...do i need to go to the dealer? can someone help me with the name of this part please?

My honest guess would be you have to purchase a whole door panel to get that part.
