Bilstein 5100 set at 2.5", 2" AAL, Fog light mod.
Okay so I got Bilstein 5100 set a 2.5" and a 1.5-2" AAL. I used a Ford Ranger leaf spring for the AAL and forgot to measure the before and after height but I got something like 1.5-2" out of it. Tires are BFG AT 285/70/17. Ive done a lot of trimming(see pics below) and I noticed today that the new tires rub. I think its rubbing on the cab but its only as full lock and I haven't bothered to investigate yet. I also have the fog light mod done but I turned the lights off for the pictures because the light was messing up my camera.

    Passenger side inner fender cut

Look carefully and you will notice the fender flare is cut abit. I cut the same amount on drivers and passenger side.

This is the drive side. You can see where I cut the inner fender.

The hills and the rocks don't look too bad but it was a bit worse then the pics make them out to be. Plus everything was wet and I didnt trust the Toyo M/T tires.

    Little bit of flexing

    Some more flexing.

The trail I was driving on is in Northern Ontario, about 2.5 hours north of Toronto on Hwy 11. The road is Nippising road and it turns into those old trails. Back in the early 1900's they were logging roads and roads to put out forest fires.

Damn Zack, that is a lot of trimming on the drivers side..... did you need that much or did you just get carried away? haha. But still, not that bad eh? and from 5 ft away to probably cant even tell unless you knew it was.

ya it seems easy as hell if you have a welder. Even a shop should weld the pieces on for almost nothing then you can buff and paint them yourself

To fit my 20's on my truck I had to trim that much. Sucks now because I sold my 20's and just have the stock rims so I wouldnt of needed to trim that much but oh well. What can ya do.
