i got through all except for one spot where calgaryrider got damage from. other than that i think good tires and a leveling kit would be the bare minimum to hit up whipsaw, but had it been raining i think my out come might had been different in some spots.
i did some how managed to get a branch caught in my sliders..... half of which is still there since i haven't crawled under to dislodge it.

Yes, we had a stocker with us. Made it through ok.

But you do run a lot higher risk of smashing up your shit. The amount of high rocks and funky angles make it very easy to damage under your rig. My Skid Row Plates took a beating. Nice for piece of mind. I have 2inch of lift up front but with plates+ARB bar i don't think its enough. Tonight Im putting on some new OME's :D

The rocks were fun...I was disappointed with trail difficulty though. Very easy..

Factory suspension with a leveling kit, I think without the extra height in the front I wouldve smashed up a lot more shietz.

Wow amazing pics. Really makes me want to buy an actual camera with a proper lens instead of the good ol iPhone! Very sharp.

Once I get all my pics up on photobucket I will just link the album.

I got the OME 881's. Rated at 2" of lift up front. If I want more I can just set the 5100s up higher. For the time being im setting 5100s at zero so i have full travel in the springs. Any higher and will be too much wheel well for my liking, and no plans on putting on bigger tires.. yet..

You saw my truck with the 5100s set up top thats how saggy my springs were! Not sure when they were changed last but long over due. I installed one side last night and ran out of time. Other side tonight and should do it twice as quick cos i know what im doing now :D

I would not set the 5100's any higher than 0. That will preload the spring which can/may cause damage. Just a heads up in case you didnt know

Because the 5100's are a longer travel shock, but stock length, adjusting it to 2.5 will cause no problems. They are also valves better and shouldn't bottom easily. Spacer lifts are the issue on stock struts.

I know. But the issue is he would be preloading the coil springs. The coils arent designed to be lifted more than they already are. The OME 881's are already lifting the truck. If you start lifting the coil with the shock it can cause problems and be "unsafe"

With 881's you could set it to .75 max. No more then that.

    1st. I wouldn't put 881's in a 2nd gen. 884-885. 886 with bumper and winch.
