5 Mile Basin? Yes that would be some nice terrain. Also north facing. Ive only been back there once and it was a short lived ride down and a long hike back up

Was there ever a conclusive answer on where to buy cheap tires in Canada? Maybe Canadian tire when they have buy one get one for hafl price or buy 3 get the 4th one free. 75% either way. Duratracs or maybe their goodyear territory tires available this way if you watch the flyer. Won't get them much cheaper than that.

Best thing to do is figure out what tire you want. Who sells them. Then let the bidding wars begin. I got them down $40/tire easily when doing this. Shit...even if you want, find the cheapest price. Call the competitor. Tell them the other guys will give you the tires for $20 cheaper than what they're actually advertising, but that the people you're calling are closer and you'd rather give them your business. Will you beat the price?

Most will say yes.

that is a good price. I have never found a good AT tire around here that well priced.

edit: mind you, i shop for 17" wheels. 16" is a much more common size, and cheaper
