Vancouver Meetup/mod day

So couple ideas came up for a vancouver meet up rather then just the usual Tims meets.

Is there any interest in doing a end of the year big meet. Maybe a mod day/tailgate bbq deal. Get all the local TW members out. Good time to plan for trips next year.

Through out ideas if you have them.

I'd definitely be down for a BBQ/Mod day. Might be able to get more people out than the last couple coffee nights

Also, sign me up for the run as well. Want to try to go out at least once more this year.

Stockers have came along before. I would recommend having sliders attached to the frame at least. One good hit to a door sill and you won't be a happy camper. Lol
Those predator bars are a good start, but they mount to the body, so it's not ideal.

Darn. Do you guys do anything where that wouldn't happen?

Ya, stuff we've done like sylvester, harrison, foley lake area, the forest service roads your fine without sliders. Usually the pinstripings the only problem.

I might have a place for the meetup, Ill check if I can use it. Would be in North Surrey. Probably would be a Sunday afternoon/evening if that works for everyone?

Hey All,

Just got back into the taco scene, had an 06 but the wife wont drive standard, now got a sweet 11 TRD DBL Cab, definately interested in a meet/mod day,

PS, anyone know who used to own this truck, bought in abbotsford new, and sold recently to a dealer in langley.

I've done 2 trips in my stock 2012.

I've only put a nice dent in my skid plate on the first trip, but everything was great. You just need good spotters and have to trust them.
