Talking good spot for off road

Hi , im from canada and this summer i want to do a lot of off-roading , but i'm new to this and don't know where to go

Where are your spots ?? i dont want too much of mud , nice trail where i can go fast and others with big mountains and things like that

if some on you can give me nice place pleaseeeeee
