B.C. Wildfires

I'm not sure who here on TW lives in B.C. and had to evacuate from the wildfires. If you have had to, I hope you and your families are safe and are okay. If you haven't had to, then I hope you won't have to. One of my cousins and her significant other live in Kelowna and they had to evacuate because of the fires.

For those who don't know about the wildfires, here's an article on it:

Here's an article about my cousin with the wildfires. Someone rear-ended her as she was leaving her house.

Wow thats pretty intense, I am origianally from Sparwood, but they are still fire free there. One of my co-workers was just in Kelowna this past week on vacation and had to leave a little eary!

Best of Luck to your cousins and everyone else in the area!

Glad to hear you were safe and that your co-worker was as well! I just found out that my cousin is back in her house. It's not ruined but there is a lot of smoke damage. They might get screwed on insurance though with having to pay the deductible. They are waiting to find out about their truck as well.
