Yes I would highly agree with you on the part of some Americans thinking that Canadians live in Igloos or club baby seals or whatever. I personally have never thought that about Canadians, I just make fun of you guys some times for saying Eh or a-boot. :D
lol...and I couldn't agree with you more on that with any mass population, there are lots of good people and lots of Jack Asses!

I'm also mad that a lot of Americans are forgetting their past and or just don't care about their history. Do some of the young population in Canada feel the same or what? I wish they would have had more information in our History books in school about Canada, the majority of the information I have got about Canada is from the History Channel.

And I think you are right on you guys being involved in WW2 first before us. Mostly because of our President not wanting to get involved in the war in any big way unless we were attacked. I think the only thing we did before 41, was help out on supplies for the allied effort.

And if memory serves me right you guys beat us in some battles when we invaded parts of your land, back during the early 1800's or late 1700's :( But that was more of a war with the British Empire than us fighting the Canadians more than anything. And all or most of the border locations were restored to its original locations. :)

    Thanks guys for the answers.

What's your favorite Canadian musical act? Mine is RUSH. Saw them in Sacramento a couple years back and they were awesome live.

My family are French Canadians, and they only seem to like other French Canadians, lol. Do you run into a lot of people with the last name Belanger up there? I've been trying to visit for awhile, but I just haven't put together a trip...

We dont really hate you guys we just dislike the way your government likes to do what they want with other countries that dont have as much power. I think that the majority of the world are not giant fans of the U.S. which is why I suggest any american that goes to europe wears a canadian flag, this way you will get treated much better.

Im not sure about this one, french canadians tend to be snobby so they probably dislike you guys more. They really dont like us non french canadians cause we dont speak their language. I have a friend that lives in quebec and she said she gets treated like shit their cause she cant speak french, they are crazy partiers tho, they have like sex bars and shit.

This will continue to happen in every war cause we dont want your massive country to turn on us.

    Hope this answered your questions.

My fav band is the "Tragically Hip"...very Canadian...they are huge in Canada and known in the northern part of the US but not so much farther south...also I've been listening to a lot of "City and Colour" lately. Their last album kicks ass. I would recomend it to anyone. If you are big into music you shoud give them a try.

Although our summer has been b/s this year...we might as well change summer to rain...winter spring rain and fall.
