You're averaging about 30 kms/ tank more than me , but I'm driving lots of short distance trips and haul building materials / tools ,

My best yet , 480 kms for 68 litre fill , puts me at 564 kms for 80 litres .

Well, I just purchased an 06 Tacoma double cab 4x4. It is running and K&N filter and regular castrol 5W20. It has been using premium gas from petro canada since new. Drove from Fort Mac, AB down to Lloydminster and I got 563km when the light turned on. I am very happy with the highway mileage so far, interested to see what I get in town.

About 430-450km until the light comes on and then I usually fill up around 65l. This is mostly city driving.

508km after a fill when the light first came on until it came on again. Mostly city driving.

Will try and see what I get to a tank because my fills are about 65L as well.

My light comes on at about 420 kms in winter , but my southern BC coast winters are not the same as your Winterpeg experience .

I could get about 650-700 kms to a tank. The light will usually come on at 600 kms, and I typically have another 12 to 15 liters left.

Wow, some of you guys are getting some bad mileage. My winter worst was about 530 km to 70 litres. My last tank was 580 to 68, and the tank before that was 630 to 69L! I'm about 50/50 city/highway with my commute. I run stock tires on an AC TRD with a 3" lift.

Like one other guys said, though, our Vancouver winter is considerably different from the winters everywhere else in the country...

The highway portion of your driving helps a huge amount , my driving is all short rural trips , but when I hit the highway on occasion , my mileage gets way better .

I have to disagree. My Taco see's 90% highway, 110km/h. It averages 14 LHK in the summer, 16 LHK in the winter. No idleing to warm up. In the city, the average hovers just under 13 LHK. Kinda strange when I do alomost all highway, and only get 480ish to a tank, and others claim 600 kms. The only way that is a possibility, is if you put along at 90 KMH or less, and life is way to short for that.
