    I have 1990 Toyota Tacoma v6 3l its all stock i wanna lift it and put some compatible tires that will work for gears i don't know where to start i know i need a new front axle to much going on under the stock one. Can any one help with any suggestions cheers J

    I have a 4 in drop bracket lift on the front and about 6 in lift in the rear. I'm running 33 inch tires with it and it looks fine and drives well. There aren't many great lift options, unfortunately, if you want to keep it ifs. I went with rough country which I wouldn't recommend to others. Also, when you lift it, remember that it is a 20 plus year old truck...so budget for replacement suspension parts like ball joints and tie rods.
