Moab 1.o - HELP

    2002 Tacoma Double Cab
    Got my rear CBI installed and just starting on my front bumbper (moab 1.0). I am installing on a 2002 Tacoma double cab.

    Do I need to remove this pointed part on the frame like in the picture above? I am sure I do based on a visual look, but wanted to make sure. Thought the CBI website said hand tools only are needed...I consider this a power tool... :confused:
