We have some pretty awesome vehicles and projects go through the shop and people are always asking what we are working on so we thought we would start a thread to share some of the fun projects we get to be a part of.

To start things off I thought I would share some projects from this past week including this JK project we just finished.

Full build on a NEW 2013 Jeep Rubicon 2 Door.

Starting off the front with a CBI Full width JK front bumper, TJM Stealth 9 winch, TeraFlex Suspensions 2.5" lift with flex arms and shocks, Dick Cepek Gun Metal 7 Wheels, 35" Goodyear MT/R's, and custom tow bar mounts by CBI as well.


Custom Weld on rock sliders/steps with DOM tubing of course!


We finished off the rear with a fully integrated CBI rear bumper and tire carrier. Includes RotopaX 2 gallon can mounts as well.

 

Here is an 80 Series Land Cruiser with custom front bumper, rear bumper and tire carrier, and rock sliders! This thing turned out awesome!

 

Custom weld on sliders we finished on this YJ.

 

Just finished putting this CBI rear bumper and tire carrier on Perfect Light Camera's Jeep JK. Turned out nice. We also put on his Teraflex 2.5" lift kit, his front bumper with Smittybilt winch, Piaa windshield lights and brackets, Goodyear MT'R's, and Fuel Offroad wheels!

 

This Heavy lady is getting some Dynatrac ProSteer ball joints. They will hold up a lot better than what originally came with the Pro Rock 60. More pictures to come!

 

Custom frenched in airbag install and traction bar on this Chevy Duramax!

This was a truly custom job. We frenched into the frame these airbags. Consisted of notching and then gusseting the frame in two locations. Sure turned out nice!

Here is a 1946 Willys Flat Fender we just build a custom, fold down tire carrier and channel front bumper for. Turned out pretty awesome!

 

Custom bike mounts for a new Scion FR-S. We machined and built these mounts for a customer in CA who wanted to mount his mountain bike from the tow points on the back of his new sports car. They turned out awesome!

 

Working on a Bruiser today... Upgrading the brake system from a manual to hydro assist!

 

The Jurassic Raptor has been one of our favorite projects of last year. We have done several projects for this particular customer with the goal is to create the perfect hunting vehicle for his company. They provide guided hunting excursions in Mexico.

We just got these updated pictures of the truck at work in the Mexican Desert.

This project started with a 2011 Ford Raptor 4 door. CBI Offroad completed the whole project except for the paint job! Items included were custom fabricated front and rear bumpers, rock sliders, roof rack, game hauler, etc. along ICON suspension, SDHQ bumper stop kit, BFG 37" tires, Rigid Industries LEDs, and Light Force HID's.

This truck was also featured at the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV.

We just installed this bumper and rock sliders of ours today! This truck is awesome... The suspension is equipped with and of course CBI armor!

 

Great shot of a customer's 4runner he emailed in! Nice looking CBI bumper too!

Just installed this week this CBI Offroad Bushmaster 2.0 rear Tacoma bumper along with our weld on rock sliders on this 2012 Tacoma. Sure turned out nice!

 

Just finished this one today...

Air Lift airbag install on the back of this FJ Cruiser. Also check out the front and rear bumpers... Custom built by CBI Offroad 4 years ago and still going strong!

 

This particular project was done by Steve over 10 years ago! Now its back in the shop for more!
