it's a nice challenge the whole way up which is nice...definitely gives the clutch a nice workout being uphill the whole way too...one of the harder trails around for mild lifted trucks

I did not run with TW but that sumabitch trail cracked my T case wide open near the end in the rock garden. A tube of JB weld, 3 bottles of gear oil and I got the truck to Idaho Springs. From there it was a nice $250 tow home. Luckily it was just the cover side and a great toy tech in Denver hooked me up with a fix in his garage for cheap.

I will never endorse the AP T case Shield and thank my lucky stars to have a nice ATO T case Skid now.

Bob - is that the Honey badger toyota?

It's definitely a clutch workout for sure. The guy I rode over with had a Manual and probably stalled it about 15 times on the day. The scenery is amazing and it definitely makes me want to head out there again. Have you ever wheeled with any of those guys?

You know we really never have wheeled with many FJ's. Bob that might be a good addition to T.aCO. in the future. Hmmmm

I thought so. Sure had some pretty sheet metal then. :D
The primered Toyota Truck in Bob link with the rear stinger was a guy that was in Moab last year for the meet. By the end of the trip the truck was known as the Honey Badger and drunk Jared had spray painted that all over it. :D

They are all a really good, laid back group. The guy doing the wheelstand in the black FJ lived in NOLA before moving up to Denver. He's the reason I got to make it on that trip. Let me know if you want me to get y'all in touch.

I asked because we have a guy down here, his forum name is actually Honey badger and he don't give a shit either! I think that truck has his moment beat though.
