Yeah Ost I have about....um....30-40 I'd like to drop at least. I've drank Bolthouse for years so I know what's my faves. I've looked up some YouTube links but haven't been home much in the last few days to actually watch them. I've already started down the healthier eating road & increased water/fluids intake (unsweet decaf &/or herbal teas).

Not really. ...the over/under 2-3lbs fluctuation is all I've seen so far. I'm fighting against a pissy thyroid too.

Gotta be the chick that's all lips...she's about as annoying as it gets...PASS! Just finished watching the Fat Sick & Nearly Dead movie and have to say I'm on the impressed side. Grocery store trip tomorrow indeed. I already have a fridge full of fresh veggies so I think I'll finish those up (and my few cups of yogurt) as the only solid foods over the weekend and then just start on either Naked or Bolthouse (or whatever's on sale haha). I'm going to take the approach of "one day at a time" and see how long I can go that way...not setting a certain length to do this...let the days add up on their own. Looks like Nature's Oasis has the only advertised juice bar in town, unless going the smoothie route.

All this talk of weight loss. I lost 15 lbs (gained it back when my wife was pregnant) and my wife lost 23 lbs before pregnancy and an additional 10 after pregnancy (33 total) by doing weight watchers. We only did it on our own using the app on our phone to track the points. We did not talk to others on it, we didn't do the stupid meetings or online forums and we didn't do any live checkups. With the app on your phone you can look up any and all food you eat to find and track the points for each food. I am back on weight watchers on Monday. The wife talked me into it again because she is not down to her goal yet (and i am back up almost to the start weight).

My wifes cousin lost 80lbs and the cousins wife lost 120lbs on weight watchers (needed a tummy tuck and boob job after that one). She looks great now.

If you don't want to pay for weight watchers online then you can find some calculators and apps that are cheaper/one time purchase that you can calculate and track the points similar to weight watchers.

If you are an active person, that can cook their own food, losing weight is fairly easy.

My Wife and I have been doing (essentially) a Paleo diet. We don't eat grains or milk, and buy enough meat and veggies for the week. She was averaging 3lbs a week and I have lost almost 5lbs, while strength training, over the past month.

As long as you were getting some loss I was going to suggest sticking with it.

Dang, I may go have mine checked out under warranty. The other day I was sitting in the parking lot w/the dogs while the wife was shopping. I didn't think she would be long so I had the truck idling w/the a/c on and the blower set about half way. After about 15min it just quit. Since it was about 95deg out & I had the dogs this was an issue. I generally know what to trouble shoot for home a/c but trucks don't have as many potential issues to check. Not sure what the problem was but a little later as we were driving I kicked it on & it was blowing cold again. Not sure if something causes it to shut down or if the a/c idle fan quit or what. Either way it failed when I needed it so I guess I better hit the dealership while I'm still in warranty.

    Reeeeeaaaar! Cat fight! lol

That cool moment when your at the hardware store working on a project for your truck and you start talking to someone else and TacomaWorld gets mentioned cause your both working on projects for your truck.

I met StealthyStemCell randomly at the hardware store today.
