And you guys are making me want to go shooting. You guys are overthinking everything, just go shooting. That's my perspective at least. Did this 5/8" 3 shoot group at 100 yards on a bench with a couple of sandbags, no vice or any of that crap



Love shooting the 300 & 400 yard gongs with that rifle though. First elk kill was at 380 yards.

 

I need to find more .22 so I can start practicing for my competition. Get back into the groove of things.

 

The walmart off i25 and harmony had a shit load of it last weekend.

 

The 200-500 yard shots, yea you can pretty much just go shoot. Once you get into some longer range shit, you've gotta think, do math, know you scope, know moa/mils depending on what you're using.

Today is sight in day, headed to Pawnee to see what she does.

 

I know that, I guess what I meant was what is the MOA for his rifle?

 

What does it say the MOA should be for your rifle?

 

I believe 1 or sub moa outta the box.

 

Thanks that does clear it up quite a bit and makes perfect sense! and for hunters like me... 1/4" at 100 yards isn't gonna make a huge difference, we'll still get our animal just may have to track for a bit

We were at Bristol last night after we ran the incline, there were a bunch of hipsters and we could not stop laughing!!

 

Any time ya want your more than welcome hell maybe we can make it a small TW event since I missed the last one.

 

Once I get an extractor collar for the rifle I built I need to take it out and sight it in.

 

I would love to take you up on that offer, I just don't think I have a rifle that will shoot 1000yds.

Nice, well it can be the MOD/SHOOT day at my house and I can fire up the bbq, food,guns, Tacoma's what else do we need.
