This isn't considered part of Rampart Range is it? SST noted on FB that the Forest Service has closed Rampart down for a few weeks to let the snow melt. Other then that I am down to give it a try.

Anybody going up THIS weekend? If I don't make it up to Red Feather. I should be able to make it next weekend. Try for Left Hand again?

That is the plan, I think. I looked and Sevenmile is only 35-40 minutes from the cabin in Red Feather so if anyone wants to join in on that, let me know. THinking Saturday late morning. Pretty mild trail, but I'm sure there are some rocky trail spurs to explore.

but at least that means i just need to make sure i clearance these 34s then i'll be good to go besides some small items :D

    indeed

i want to explore some of the more southern trails but i would probably have to justify it with a camping trip or something too.

Going to Left Hand is like going to Winter Park on a Saturday. Wayy too crowded and all you do is wait in line. The gulches are south but a good place to go play. If you Wyoming dwellers would just move to Denver you would not have these problems. :p
