4. same as 3 but hotel > ice > hotel
5. meet in Deckers, CO and run Long hollow road and Missouri Gulch with a side trip to moab hill on Illinois Gulch

keep in mind, i do not know if mt herman road is open and we'd run a risk of wasting a long drive to monument if mt herman road is closed.
i'm leaning toward #5 so we can play on moab hill

also #5 is close to hotel gulch also, so if some wanted to split up and do hotel gulch that is an option too

That's a drive to the Springs. Not sure I'm up for that drive especially if one of the trails may not be open...

option 5 does not run the risk of the trail not being open...as far as i know these trails do not close and rt 67 is clear.

and yes it is a long drive, but we have a better chance of getting stockers through these trails versus trails along I70 where the snow will be deep

not much there besides the main "plaza" at the main intersection...there's a big lot there with a restaurant and stores..we'll head down from there probably another 15-20 min to the trails
