I got my bumper back from the powder coater today and decided to put it on. Figured I would give a quick mini review for anyone that was interested in picking on of these up. I definitely took longer then I had thought, hit a few snags and was doing to by myself. First this thing is build very well, super solid. When I got it last week I decided to clean up the ends before having it coated, they needed to be rounded for cleaner look. Had one small hole that was not welded up where two tubes met up that I was concerned about water getting into, so I had someone weld it up. Other then that I it was good. I did not to a test fit before I had it powder coated. Got home today and ripped off the stock bumper and went to town. The only real problems I had installing was 3 holes needed to be elongated for everything to fit. So I just used a dremmel tool and notched them some and hit them with touch up paint. Other then that fitment looks great, the ends line up perfect with the stock fender flares. Took me a while to trim my fender liners (measure twice, cut once), then threw on the skid plate. Overall I would buy it again, Doug was great to work with. He got it to me quick and kept me in the loop.

Here are a few photos I snapped to share: (Please excuse my 100% stock truck, lift is in the closet, just need to buy tires)

No they do not...BUT, you can order some 8" Round Pro Comp Off Road Lights from him. He is also offering some LED Light Bars as well...he's just getting into the lighting thing so just ask him if he can cut you a deal on something :)

    Doug is a good/honest person!
