Think 6 years is pushing the limit for my 05 DCLB SR5 v6, last oil change the battery tested it as marginal. Anyone see any deals for a replacement before the cold wx hits up here in NE.

    Any recommendations?

Just picked up an Interstate Battery from Firestone for $79.99. Get a coupon off their website. My Battery was getting ready to push 6 years as well. The Interstate Battery is made by Johnson Controls who makes the battery for Toyota.

I can't speak to the coupon, but I will echo the Interstate Battery recommendation. I've run them for years, and remain very happy with mine. I'm currently running a Mega-Tron Plus (MTP-24F), which provides 1000 CA (800 CCA) and includes an 85-month warranty. (You should be able to find one for about $100.)
