Hey guys. I'm planning to do the Satoshi mod on my '13 TRD dcsb. I was disheartened to see TOYOTA grill emblems for $70 on that auction site. I know where they're getting them from. We *could* do a group buy from alibaba (200 minimum order) or you can go to www.cruiserparts.net. The list price is $29. Shipping is $8-9. BUT, if you use the coupon code "MUD2014" you get $10 off! I paid $27 for what many are paying $70+ on fleabay.

Cool. Says they are on backorder and will ship when they have stock. I wonder how long that is?

Hmmm. Didn't say that this morning. I just checked and saw the updated listing :/ I'm in no rush. I haven't even ordered my grill mesh yet.

I spoke with them today. They said it will be a month before they are back in stock.

I paid $50 at the dealership and had it the next day. Just another option if you don't want to wait a vague number of days for your item.

Invoice says list price is $57.65, but I only paid $49.81 (after CA tax).

They are in stock and shipping now. Unfortunately, the code no longer works.

Meh, I spent a few extra bucks and supported a locally owned business. And I had it the next day.

Anyone have shots of the back side before mounting? I imagine they have screw mounts. I'm getting a 2015 Homersoshi M1 mesh, and will likely mount one of these. I have no idea if:
    1. The badge has screw mounts
    2. If it does, they will magically align and square with the M1 mesh holes
    3. I'll need to just shave off the back side of the emblem and use some heavy duty 3M tape.

They have three mounting pegs on the back. I highly doubt they would align with any aftermarket mesh. I simply ground the mounting pegs off and used 3M automotive molding adhesive. It's held up great against pressure washing.

Edit: The picture I posted above was attached with an epoxy. The new owner of the grille still has it attached and it isn't going anywhere. My new one is attached with the 3M tape.

OK, thanks, I thought that was most likely.
