I was eyeballing the same set for a truck kit the other week. Don't think it will fit behind the back seat but I ordered one for a transportable set. Pretty good deal with that 777 additional $7 off.

Thanks for the heads up!

Make sure your kits came with all of the sizes. Mine was missing some sizes and I was also given doubles of other sizes. I went back to my local Sears and they gladly gave me whatever I was missing.

That was the first thing I did after reading that post about a few pieces missing. Everything was included like it should have been, but it is better to be safe than sorry.

so out of the full set i was missing one 3/8 1/2 inch socket..and instead gave me two of the 7/16 ..i went back to sears thinking they would give me a replacement and they said you have to return the tool box with sockets and exchange it for another set..well they are all out ..and i was not about go drive back home get the tool box that i had just put together and return it..so i just had to buy the socket that i was missing..i thought that was bs.

Now that is some bull shit. Did you speak your mind to the manager? I would have raised hell if I got that kind of an answer.

FWIW in one of the sets I purchased (out of the 3) there was some tarnish on a few of the sockets. It looked like while the sockets were going threw the chrome bath some of the chrome didnt adhered like it should have. Took them back and got brand new replacements. I also took an old 1/4 drive ratchet that I managed to KO and got a new one, not a refurbished after calling bull shit on there new company policy to only give refurbished tools out on warranty exchanges. Maybe they were just tired of listening too me, but regardless, I got what I wanted.

yes i was pissed off but its only one socket that cost 5 bucks..i told him to get me the manager and she said you can just return the set and get a new set..i was like fugg it im just going to buy another socket..it would have cost more in gas to frigging return the set and wait for another tool set to be in stock..plus i just wanted to get home and watch football

Man, that's BS for sure. I came back with my full set when I was missing pieces and they were going to ring me up a new set, but one guy (not sure if he was the manager, but he was significantly older than the others) said to just replace the ones I was missing. Other than missing a few sizes, I noticed that the lowest size of both the metric and standard nutdriver bit set were unstamped.
