    Free shipping on Gas Tank Skids for the rest of the month.

    Offer good for the lower 48 only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada pay for shipping but get $50.00 off.

    The all new Pelfreybilt gas tank skid plate is made from 10ga steel, its strong yet light (only 32lbs). It is a direct replacement for the Off-Road model skid plates. Models without factory skid plates will need to replace their factory tank hangers with ones that have the skid mounting studs or add studs to their existing straps. The skid is designed for double cab and access cab models. The skid features triangular deflectors to protect the studs and nuts that sit below the skid plate.​

    Most people add little studs to the existing straps or just buy replacement off road model straps. I believe there are some aftermarket straps as well. Budbuilt makes some straps I believe.
