I left the grill support on. I plan on painting it to match the bumper.

The current bumper is still relevant to the '12 Tacoma because the truck is still the same gen as the '05 Tacoma. A facelift does not qualify as new gen.

Is there any issue with putting a 12 bumper on an 11? A friend just traded in his 12 but pulled the front bumper off. From what I have read, there is no changes and it will fit fine but I just want to make sure before I drop the cash. Thanks for the help.
