    Yes they are. I talked to Demello Friday and they were shipping the bumper UPS. I got a call from UPS later on Friday and they confirmed that they are shipping it. No bs this time. Demello got their butt in gear after I spoke to Jason.

    There's still issues with getting it across the border but that's not related to Demello.

    after what the OP has been through DEMELLO should pick up the frikkin tab on the import costs! AFAIC they've just patted him on the shoulder and then gave him the shoo. How can demello assume to keep all the profit on this bumper after the way it went?

    Well once I called and spoke to Jason Thursday, they obvioysly got their ass in gear like they should have a while ago. Called Jason Thursday, the bumper is now in Calgary(where I live).

    I'm not pleased to hear that the duty fee is going to be outrageous though. I just want this damn thing at my door asap.

    In conclusion; I still feel like I have been ripped off. I don't feel satisfied with this purchase and I won't be buying from Demello again unless there are serious discounts to make it worth my while.

    doesn't sound like they did anything to make up for the piss poor customer service, unfortunate for you, but I'm sure they will lose over a few customers due to this thread.

    Shouldn't be duty fees on auto/truck products made in the US and shipped to Canada. As OZ-T indicated they're Brokerage fees. No matter were the cost is comming from, UPS is not the best choice for shipping to Canada.

    Besides all this that has happened, why would u pay 1300 for a front plate bumper anyway!? Wtf!!!!!!!!! And then to put up with all this!! No tucking way! That's cool that ur finally about to get it but u could've got that refund, took ur $1300, bought a new one from say . . . BruteForce, actually waited about a month and saved $500 and had excellent customer service

    Have you seen the bumper that the OP is getting? I think it is the best looking and functional bumper on the market. I would talk to Jason direct about your issues and get everything resolved before throwing gas on the fire. It does seem too long for delivery so I'm guessing there is more to it.

    yeah ive seen it, just saying, for the most part they all look pretty close to the same and are all built very well! It sounds like just a name on the brand to me. I know they make great stuff so im not talking shit im just stating an opinion! I hope everything works out fine for Demello and OP

    If I read this right, the OP spoke to the owner of the company four days ago, and now his bumper is at his location? If that's correct, and four days ago was the very first time he spoke to the owner about this matter, then I'd say the owner is serious about customer service. Obviously he has some work to do with his employees, and possibly he could be better about keeping in the loop with what's going on in his shop, but I think it's time to stop bashing. If the owner was in the loop this whole time, I might feel differently.

    Just my two cents. I'm not the type of guy who can spend 1,000 bucks plus on a custom bumper. But if a phone call to the owner produced a bumper at the OP's door within four days, I'd consider buying his product if I ever get the opportunity.
