Interested in this as well. Did some winching trying to pull someone out with my Tacoma and it seems my mounting brackets are bent and now the bumper is bent down a little and constantly hits the fender flares. Love the bumper but I think the frame support bracket would be a nice thing to have so this could be fixed.

Has anyone done any winching with the new design (I didn't realize it had changed)? I've got a 9k Engo winch sitting by my front door waiting for a bumper, but I'm used to something heavy like a Shrock which 3/16" shell, 1/4" plate for structure and 1" recovery tabs.

Its heavy, but I have no issues with my 12k winch on it. I'm a little nervous about the Demello.

Just to clarify my post a little bit but winching with the bumper was not my problem. It was the Toyota bumper mounting plates that bent. The bumper is plenty sturdy. I was just thinking that a more beefy bracket might help alleviate that problem. Didn't help that the guy I was trying to get out was driving a big ass lifted F-250. My Tacoma and a 4runner wouldn't budge that thing.

Sorry guys, My e-mail wasn't notifying me of these responses till today?
We don't have any pictures of the new style yet because we've only done a few and sent a few out.

As soon as we have some more pics we will update the website.

I believe they will work, not much changed in the mounting, just the added brackets.

Did, you get an answer? Sometimes our website e-mail is a little messed up and doesn't always send. We are pretty good about e-mails and respond back pretty fast.

It's been fixed, if you want a 2005-2011 we have one on the shelf ready to ship, if you want a 2012-2014 2 weeks tops.

Right now we have some of the 2005-2011 in stock and a bunch of the 2012-2014 ready to be built into what ever hoop config you want. 2-3 weeks.

We know for the hardcore wheeler that our last design was lacking. for most it was fine. I have an older style on my 4runner of Aluminum that's been hit in a accident and used for winching a dozen times and doesn't show any wear. The problem was in the past was keeping the bumper light enough but still strong enough for everyone. We basically went back to our laser guys and designers and said lets do this better. We are pretty confident with how they turned out.

Do you have the old style brackets on the bumper that go over the bumper and frame? We've seen a lot of people install these wrong and that could be a possible issue. This one was one of the things we tackled on the new design. Better brackets and easier to understand instructions.

Yeah, you can only build the bumper so strong then the frame will give. My brother in law was getting yanked out by big truck from the mud in his Taco and some how bent his rear frame sideways. Apparently his stock hitch was used and it bent his frame.

Anymore questions let us know guys, the new prices are up, I believe they are only 25-50.00 more than before for the bumpers. We have 2012-2014 in-stock and some 2005-2011 in stock.
