Long story short my daughter threw up in the front passenger seat. It dripped down to the tracks under the seat. After I got home and handed her off to her mom I went to the carwash and cleaned it up the best I could. Today it smells really bad.
Do I take the seat off and just clean it myself with the right products, or do I take the seat off and give it to some place that cleans car apolstry?what about taking it to my service department and tell them what happened and get a quote? I don't want to spend more than 150.

The seatbelt will need to be addressed.

    trust me no pics needed

Thanx man, right now I'm looking for a good place to clean upholstry around town. With the way it went down between the seat and console, I think I'm gonna have to take the seat out.

Probably wouldn't be a bad Idea. That way it won't contaminate the rest of the truck with the smell. Just get a few pine tree air fresheners. lol

San Marcos Toyota is going to pull the seats to clean it, plus the full cab detail for 100. I'm going the easy way so It will be done by this afternoon. I can't stand the thought of it baking one more day.

The little one is fine, she just had a bad night. She's only 3. Funny thing was, we were coming back from the car wash.

I got the ride back from Toyota and they took the seat up, cleaned it, steamed the seats. Anyways, it still has a wiff of puke. The seatbelt is around 200 to replace new so I'm looking in Junk yards and salvageyards at this point.

As for the odor, my plan of attack now is to get some pet odor remover from the pet store. A guy I know with with experience in the barf department, says this is the majic.

Seat covers yeah, whatever. They are not tops on my list right now, but hell maybe they should have been.

Go rent one of those carpet cleaners from home depot. I cleaned my old truck when my uncle owned it and he was a chronic smoker. The smell went away, just my suggestion. If it's in your carpet.
