Looking to get my Taco painted Indigo Blue - what price range am I looking at? Been told by a few people it'll be in the $3000 range, I just want to make sure I don't get ripped off.

    Thank you.

At least 3k. Depends on quality and coverage area. What color is it now? If it's different, are you going to do the engine bay/door jambs, etc etc? It adds up quickly man!

How close do you want it to look good?

Do you want the 20' paint job? 10' paint job? 5' paint job? 1' paint job?

Each one's much more expensive than the last.

Right now, it's white. I want to get the whole shibang done.

Sorry, what does each foot represent?

Are you referring to the amount of coats the painter puts on?

How attached to your truck are you? You may just want to sell/trade yours for a stock indigo truck.

He meant, if you want the truck to look good from 20' away, it'll be much less expensive compared to a truck that'll look flawless from up close.

And there is no chance a good paint job can be done in one day. It'll take weeks, if not months, to properly do a color change.

Where are you located? Might be able to give you some shops to call for an estimate.

    Thanks

    I'm in Canada, though

Think I'm just gonna keep it stock for now - besides I think the money could be better put into mods, etc.

    Thanks for the responses, all.

Colour change on this truck would cost you an easy $6000 in Vancouver. Any less, and you're getting a shit job. You're better off buying a blue truck.
