    Yea i gotcha. i think with my style wheels that the black and chrome would just look stupid. but ive been thinking about buying new rims...just cant get the money. you know?

    wow thats a good idea. i havent thought of that and plus they shouldnt be that expensive. itd be more money to get them put on my tires than it would to buy them at the junk yard. THANKS!

    X2... Use it as a test.. if you don't like it you can peel it off no harm done. If you do like it, rock it till it starts peeling then go with a more permanent paint or powdercoat.

    So i went to my local Toyota dealership to pick up the three factory TACOMA badges with the sticky adhesive already on the back. i was planning on plasti dipping them black. When i asked for them, the guy asked me if i wanted Chrome finish or Black finish, i had no idea they made factory black TACOMA badges. So i picked the black badges and it made my life easer. I didn't have to hassle with 3M double sided tape, just peeled the clear cover off and stuck them on (with a level). They are not flat black which i didn't mind.

    They are X-Runner badges, I would assume. Which come color-matched from the factory, so they have also been made in the X-R reds and SWB. I am surprised the dealership didn't charge you more though. Good job. Ha.
