What should I use?

What are the best products to clean the black tacos? I never really detailed before so I have no clue on what steps to take, so I guess I need something good to wash and then wax and something for the interior I have the fabric seats. Any suggestions would be great!

 

You have opened a can of worms now.
There was a thread on here about ask a Detailer.
I use a wash with wax in it. But I don't let my vehicles get very dirty. Then I use Turtle wax a couple times a year. On the inside I use Armor All cleaning and protectant clothes.

get their wash soap and detail spray, this will eliminate water spots when washing due to the soap, it neutralizes hard water and the detail spray followed afterwards gives it the just waxed look.

they carry just abou everything you need.

 

It's more important to keep the black from getting swirled up. Automatic car washes create lots of small spiderwebs. So does going from dirty rocker panels and tires to the paint with the same sponge.

Depends how far you want to go. I'm a big fan of Meguiars products.
Not sure how bad your paint is as far as swirls (assuming), but Meguiars Swirl-X and Meguiars NXT or Ultimate Quick Wax works well for me. That's as far as OTC stuff.

There are plenty of options online including the "pro" grade Meguiars stuff.

 

Well my truck is brand new, have no idea what these swirls are. Are the "better" products sold online or could I go into like auto zone and find something good? What about turtle wax? also for like wiping down do I use microfiber towels? or some other specific towel?

The act of washing your car is abrasive to your paint, so the best way to keep your paint finish in good shape is to start with a good wash technique.
I use a sheepskin wash mitt, car shampoo(I use Meguiar's but any car shampoo is fine) and two 5 gallon buckets. One bucket with shampoo solution and the other bucket with rinse water.
I load mitt with shampoo and wash a panel. Then rinse mitt thoroughly in rinse bucket. Load mitt with shampoo and repeat until finished.
It's important to rinse your mitt very often, otherwise you're dunking a dirty mitt into your clean shampoo solution and "washing" your car with a dirty mitt.
Try this method and you'll be surprised at the amount of dirt and grit at the bottom of the rinse bucket.
I use liberal amounts of shampoo solution and rinsing. Within reason, you can't really use too much of either.
To dry, I gently use a waffle-weave microfibre drying towel.

I also use a bunch of "boutique" products, but you can purchase the mitt, buckets, shampoo and waffle-weave drying towel at Walmart for less than $30.

The key is to use plenty of shampoo solution and rinse your mitt often to minimize the dirty grit that will be rubbing your paint during the wash.
