Tinted Windows

So i think i want to tint my windows but not sure what would look good. Wanted all of your opinions. post some pics too

 

Here is mine, its a little to dark for Ca but hey its only a $10.00 ticket.

holy crap thats dark. What percent is the tint?

 

The guy said "Limo" I said yes and his reply was "you did not get it done here" I laughed and said "Okay" Its a $10,000 fine for the shop only $10.00 for me. So whatever limo is. F$%!ing Dark, but mostly I went for that because it is 120 plus out here in the summer.

i hate you guys in CA, you get all the good laws...it's a hefty fine here, plus they have to be removed...

 

Damn just a $10 fine, thats great. Here in south Louisiana it is somewere near $250 and you have to remove it on the spot. So here's a picture of mine with 5% all the way around.

i went with the 15% on my tacoma, hav'nt gotten pics up but its pretty close to matching the rear windows

 

Here is mine, I just had the shop match the fronts to the factory back windows.

yeah i had them match mine they said its about a 15% its just that the factory color is different to the after market tint, it will be alittle greener but not noticeable

 

thanks for th epick now I Know what mine will look like once they are tinted to match factory. Have been looking but none around in my(our) color with tinted windows

 

here's mine, i have no idea what the % is...it came on the truck when I got it, whoever put it on sucked because it looks horrible on the inside, but it does the job until i buy some more.

 

$10 fine that's it? In FL it's much steeper than that (I forget the fine I got on my Supra a few years back) but the Cop was nice enough to help me start removing it by taking a razorblade to all the windows before he left me (notice the sarcasm and my surprise when I found out that yes in fact he was allowed to do that....)

 

Limo = 5%

there is also a 2.5 tint available.

I have 25% on my front doors and on the factory tinted windows as well which makes it almost limo.

 

I have always found that the 2.5 changes colors dramatically over time, the 5 will lighten but still be black. The 2.5 kinda goes to a bluish color.

 

I did 30% here in MD.

 

20% is factory.I went with it and it's a perfect match.
