What about using some kind of adhesive glue to rebadge?
like what toyota uses to put the badges on at the factory.

I've tried 3m plastic and trim adhesive(pictured below) from autozone on a toy car and it pulled the paint off without a problem, granted that's cheap chinese toy but I wouldn't want to experiment with it on my truck.
